How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account Details → Delete. We email you a code to confirm and the account closes at once.
- Open Settings → Account Details.
- Next to Delete Account, choose Delete.
- We email you a 6-digit code; enter it to confirm.
Your account closes straight away: you are signed out everywhere and that email can no longer sign in to it. UAE commercial law requires us to keep your order history, and the name and address on those orders, for the statutory period; we keep them securely for that purpose only and never for marketing. An account with an order still in progress cannot be closed until it is delivered — contact us if you need help. Want to shop again later? Sign in with your email and a fresh account is created.
