What we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and order details when you shop or create an account. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Information collected automatically: device and browser data, pages viewed, and similar analytics, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookies policy).

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, manage returns and refunds, run your store-credit wallet and rewards, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and — where you have consented — send marketing and measure advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with providers who help us run the store — payment processing, shipping and carrier tracking, email, and analytics/advertising platforms — and only as needed to deliver the service. We never sell your personal data.
