What are the delivery options?
One option, everywhere in the UAE: Express delivery in 1–3 working days, free on every order.
We deliver across all seven emirates with one service:
- Express delivery — 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.
- Free on every order — no minimum spend.
- Followed in your account — we mark every stage (placed, processing, shipped, delivered) and the courier messages you on the day.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (UAE time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
