You get a dispatch email, the courier messages you on the day, and delivery follows within 1–3 working days.
- You receive a dispatch email, and the order shows Shipped in your account.
- The courier delivers within 1–3 working days. On the day, they message you with a time window.
- Someone should be available to receive the parcel. For Cash on Delivery, please have the exact amount ready.
- Once delivered, the order shows Delivered and your 7-day return window starts.
