How do I exchange for another size?
Choose Exchange when you request the return within 7 days and tell us the size; we collect the original and send the new one.
- Start the return from your account within 7 days of delivery and choose Exchange.
- Tell us the size (or colour) you would like instead.
- Our team confirms availability by email within one working day and reserves the new piece.
- We collect the original from you, free of charge; the exchange ships once we have it.
One exchange per piece. If the size you want is not available, we refund instead.
