Shipping is complimentary on orders over $199 worldwide (over $99 within the UAE); under that a flat rate is shown at checkout. Everything ships tracked, door-to-door — most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, with remote regions a little longer. You will receive tracking the moment your parcel leaves us.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Start a return from your account or message us for a returns authorisation; return shipping is arranged and paid by you unless the item arrived faulty. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method.

Our pieces run true to size across XS–XL, and every product page carries a size guide with garment measurements and model stats. Still unsure between two sizes? Message us — a real person will help you choose.

Every piece ships with its Fabric Passport: the cloth, colour and care details we hold for that piece — printed, traceable, yours. We think transparency is the real luxury.

Checkout is secured by Stripe and accepts Visa, Mastercard and JCB, alongside Apple Pay and Google Pay. Store credit and wallet balances apply automatically at checkout where available.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can usually amend the size, address or cancel it entirely. Reach us on WhatsApp for the fastest turnaround and we will sort it before it leaves the studio.
