Rates
Free shipping on orders of AED 369.99 or more, anywhere in the United Arab Emirates. Below that, a flat AED 36.99 is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days and delivered anywhere in the United Arab Emirates within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation when your order ships.
Tracking
Every shipped order includes a tracking number. Follow live status from your account under Orders, or from the link in your shipping confirmation.
Where we ship
We ship within the United Arab Emirates only. All prices are shown and charged in UAE dirhams (AED), inclusive of any applicable UAE VAT. Because every order is delivered domestically, there are no import duties or cross-border taxes to pay on delivery.
