How does Cash on Delivery work?
Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier the exact amount in cash when the parcel arrives.
- Choose Cash On Delivery in the payment step. The fee (shown at checkout) is added to your total.
- Place the order — nothing is charged online.
- Pay the courier the exact amount in AED cash when the parcel arrives.
Refunds on Cash on Delivery orders are made by bank transfer. If a parcel is refused or cannot be delivered twice, we may ask for card payment on future orders.
