When will I be refunded?
We refund within 7 days of receiving your return; card refunds then take 5–10 working days to show.
- We inspect returns within 3 working days of collection and complete the refund within 7 days of receiving the piece.
- Card and Apple Pay payments go back to the original card; your bank typically posts it within 5–10 working days.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer — we ask for your IBAN when we approve the return.
