Why was only part of my order delivered?
Larger orders sometimes ship in more than one parcel; each shipment is listed separately on the order page.
When an order is packed in more than one parcel, the parcels can arrive at different times.
Check the order page
Open the order in Orders. Each shipment is listed as Shipment 1 of N, Shipment 2 of N and so on, with the pieces it contains and its own stage.
Something missing?
If a shipment is marked delivered but a piece is not in the parcel, message us on WhatsApp with the order number and the name of the piece within 48 hours of delivery. We will trace it with the courier and put it right.
