Where is my order?
Open Orders in your account: every order shows its stage, from placed to delivered, updated by us as it moves.
You can follow every order from your account.
From your account
- Sign in and open Orders.
- Select the order.
- The progress bar shows Order Placed → Order Processing → Shipped → Delivered.
- We update the stage ourselves as your parcel moves, and the courier messages you on the day of delivery.
What the stages mean
- Order Placed — we have your order and payment.
- Order Processing — your pieces are being picked and packed.
- Shipped — the courier has your parcel; delivery follows within 1–3 working days.
- Delivered — handed over at your address.
If an order sits at the same stage for longer than expected, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will check with the courier for you.
