1. WHO WE ARE

wearon.co is operated by Kaelo Global LLC FZ, F-16, 4th Floor, Geebee Building, Al Fahidi, Dubai, U.A.E.. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact contact@wearon.co.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

Information You give us: your name, email address, mobile number, delivery and billing addresses, order details, shopping preferences and any message You send us. Sign-in is by e-mailed one-time code; we never store passwords. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) and are never stored on our servers; where You choose to save a card, only a token and the last four digits are kept by Stripe.

Information collected automatically: device and browser data, pages viewed, searches and similar analytics, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).

3. HOW WE USE IT

To process and deliver your orders, issue invoices, manage returns and refunds, run your account, provide customer support on WhatsApp and email, prevent fraud, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and — where You have consented — send marketing emails and measure advertising.

4. SHARING

We share data only with providers who help us run the store — payment processing (Stripe), delivery partners, e-mail delivery, analytics and advertising platforms — and only as needed to deliver the service. We never sell your personal data. Providers may process data outside the UAE under appropriate safeguards.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. You can close your account and manage marketing preferences from Settings, or email contact@wearon.co; we respond within the time required by law.

6. RETENTION AND SECURITY

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting obligations (after You close your account, order and invoice records — with the customer details on them — are retained for the period required by UAE commercial and tax law, and are not used for marketing). We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it.

7. COOKIES

Essential cookies make the site work (your bag, sign-in, checkout). Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. Marketing cookies measure advertising and personalise it. On your first visit You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or manage them by category; change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences in the footer. Non-essential cookies load only according to your choice.

8. CHANGES

We may update this policy; material changes are announced on the site. The date at the top shows the current version.
