Shipping Policy

1. WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only — all seven emirates. We do not ship abroad or to freight forwarders. All prices are in AED, and no additional charges are added on delivery.

2. COST

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

3. DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (UAE time) on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Express delivery takes 1 to 3 working days from dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during sale periods or severe weather.

4. FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER

Every order shows its stage in your account — Order Placed, Order Processing, Shipped, Delivered — updated by us as the parcel moves. You receive an email when the order ships, and the courier contacts You on the day of delivery with a time window; You can reschedule by replying to their message or by contacting us.

5. RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL

Someone should be available to receive the parcel at the address given. For Cash on Delivery orders, the exact amount in AED cash is paid to the courier on arrival. Parcels that cannot be delivered after two attempts are held for five working days and then returned to us; we will contact You to rearrange.
