How do I return my order?
Ask us within 7 days of delivery — from your account or on WhatsApp — and we collect the piece from you, free.
You can return a piece within 7 days of delivery, and returns are free — we collect.
From your account
- Open the order in Orders and choose Start a return or exchange.
- Select the piece(s), the reason, and Refund or Exchange.
- Submit. We confirm within one working day and arrange a courier pickup from your address, at our cost.
- Hand the piece to the courier, packed with all tags attached. Track the request under Returns & Exchanges.
Prefer to just ask? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will start it for you.
Conditions
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and the original packaging.
