What can't be returned?
Pieces that are worn, washed or missing tags, and items sealed for hygiene once opened.
For a change of mind we cannot accept:
- Pieces that are worn, washed, altered, scented or missing their tags.
- Items sealed for hygiene once the seal is broken.
None of this limits your rights if a piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — those are always on us.
