Terms and Conditions of Sale

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE APPLY TO EVERY ORDER YOU PLACE ON WEARON.CO.

The seller is Kaelo Global LLC FZ, Trade Licence No. 2203848, F-16, 4th Floor, Geebee Building, Al Fahidi, Dubai, U.A.E. (Kaelo, we, us). Wearon Co. (wearon.co) is a brand name operated by Kaelo Global LLC FZ. Together with the Terms of Use, the Returns & Refunds Policy, the Shipping Policy and the Privacy & Cookie Policy, these conditions form the whole agreement between You and us for a purchase.

1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to buy the pieces in your bag. A contract forms when we confirm the order by email after payment is authorised (for Cash on Delivery, when we confirm the order). We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch — for example when a piece is unavailable, a price or description is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged. An account is required to place an order; guest checkout is not offered.

2. PRICES

All prices are shown and charged in UAE dirhams (AED). The price shown at the time of order is the price You pay. Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is free of charge. A Cash on Delivery fee applies when that method is chosen and is shown before You place the order.

3. PAYMENT

We accept Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards (processed by Stripe; 3-D Secure may be requested by your bank), and Cash on Delivery within the United Arab Emirates. Card payments are taken when the order is placed. Cash on Delivery is paid to the courier in cash on arrival, in the exact amount.

4. DELIVERY

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only, by tracked Express delivery, usually within 1 to 3 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to You on delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

5. CANCELLATION

You may cancel an order from your account until it is dispatched. After dispatch, the Returns & Refunds Policy applies. Card payments for cancelled orders are refunded to the original card.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Pieces may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery under the conditions of the Returns & Refunds Policy; we collect returns from You at our cost. Refunds are made to the original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. One exchange per piece is available through our support team. Faulty, damaged or incorrect pieces are replaced or refunded at our cost. Nothing in these conditions limits your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

7. PRODUCTS

We describe pieces as accurately as we can, including fibre, weight and care. Colours may vary slightly with your screen. Each colour is a separate product; size is the only option within it.

8. INVOICES

An invoice is issued for every order and can be printed from your account.

9. LIABILITY AND LAW

Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it, except where liability cannot be limited by law. These conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute is submitted to the Dubai Courts.
