Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships: open the order in your account and choose Cancel Order. We email you a code to confirm.
You can cancel an order yourself as long as it has not been dispatched.
From your account
- Open the order in Orders.
- Under Ordered something by mistake?, choose Cancel Order.
- We email you a 6-digit code — enter it to confirm.
Refunds
- Card and Apple Pay payments are refunded to the original card straight away; your bank usually shows it within 5–10 working days.
- Cash on Delivery orders are simply cancelled — nothing was charged.
Already shipped?
Once a parcel is with the courier the button is greyed out. Receive the parcel and start a return instead, or message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to intercept it.
